Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) required
- Active state licensure as an SLP (or eligibility to obtain)
- Experience working with elementary-aged students in educational settings strongly preferred
- Excellent communication and collaborative skills
- Ability to develop and implement IEPs and individualized therapy plans
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech-language assessments to identify student needs
- Develop and deliver evidence-based therapy for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
- Maintain thorough and compliant documentation, including progress reports and IEP goals
- Offer guidance and resources to teachers for integrating communication support into the classroom
- Attend meetings, training, and professional development sessions as needed
