Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) required
  • Active state licensure as an SLP (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Experience working with elementary-aged students in educational settings strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication and collaborative skills
  • Ability to develop and implement IEPs and individualized therapy plans

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech-language assessments to identify student needs
  • Develop and deliver evidence-based therapy for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
  • Maintain thorough and compliant documentation, including progress reports and IEP goals
  • Offer guidance and resources to teachers for integrating communication support into the classroom
  • Attend meetings, training, and professional development sessions as needed
