  • Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) strongly preferred; consideration given to strong CFY candidates
  • Experience working in K-12 schools or in pediatric settings is a plus
  • Knowledgeable in best practices for evaluation and intervention for diverse student populations
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students, identifying individual needs
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
  • Provide direct therapy to students, using evidence-based strategies
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress records in accordance with district and legal requirements
  • Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to maximize student success
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expert recommendations
  • Engage in professional development and stay current with advances in the field
