Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active SLP-CCC license
  • Eligibility for appropriate state licensure
  • Previous experience in an elementary school setting, preferred
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech and language therapy services to elementary students, both individually and in small groups
  • Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans/interventions tailored to each student's needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other support staff to ensure comprehensive, student-centered care
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide thorough documentation of progress and services
  • Educate staff and families about speech/language development and strategies for classroom inclusion
