Qualifications/Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship (CF) considered
  • Prior experience in a school environment is highly valued
  • Strong knowledge of assessment tools and therapy techniques for pediatrics
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, other service providers, and family members to maximize student support
  • Deliver individual and group therapy sessions targeting speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
  • Maintain thorough documentation of student progress and communicate updates to the school team
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary discussions
