Qualifications/Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship (CF) considered
- Prior experience in a school environment is highly valued
- Strong knowledge of assessment tools and therapy techniques for pediatrics
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs
- Collaborate closely with teachers, other service providers, and family members to maximize student support
- Deliver individual and group therapy sessions targeting speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Maintain thorough documentation of student progress and communicate updates to the school team
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary discussions
