Desired Qualifications:

  • Active state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP or SLPA)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are welcome
  • Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings
  • Familiarity with teletherapy platforms a plus
  • Strong skills in evaluation, treatment, and documentation for students with diverse needs
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, specialists, and families

Role Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech-language therapy to students, both on-site and remotely as needed
  • Complete assessments, write intervention plans, and maintain timely documentation
  • Engage in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to student goal-setting
  • Communicate regularly with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
  • Adapt therapy techniques to meet diverse learner abilities and communication styles
  • Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities
