Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • Current or eligible SLP licensure with CCC or CFY status in the state
  • School-based or pediatric speech-language pathology experience highly desirable
  • Confidence working with caseloads of approximately 55 students
  • Proficiency with evaluations, IEPs, and data-driven therapy plans
  • Comfort and competence engaging with middle or high school populations
  • Strong collaboration skills for partnering with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct therapy services to a diverse caseload, adapting approaches to meet students’ unique goals
  • Conduct assessments, interpret results, and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Maintain detailed documentation and progress monitoring as required
  • Consult with teachers and staff, supporting student participation in the school environment
  • Foster effective communication with families regarding student progress
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to interdisciplinary team initiatives

This is a full-time contract position running from late August through early June, with 37.5 hours each week and a manageable caseload.
