Desired Experience and Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field (for SLP and SLP-CFY)
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility as an SLP, SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or SLPA
  • Familiarity with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and school-based practices
  • Experience providing therapy in a school or healthcare setting preferred
  • Teletherapy experience or interest in virtual service delivery is a plus
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to a caseload of students throughout the school year
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to establish eligibility and measurable treatment goals
  • Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and family members to promote student success and carry over skills into the classroom and home
  • Document all services, track progress, and participate in IEP meetings as needed
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and remain up to date on best practices in speech-language therapy
  • For teletherapy roles: Utilize digital platforms to provide high-quality remote services, complete documentation, and participate in virtual team meetings
