Pediatric School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Andover, Minnesota

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or completion of clinical fellowship year (CFY)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• State licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP or SLPA
• Expertise in pediatric and school-based caseloads, including IEP development and progress tracking
• Comfortable delivering care in person and via teletherapy platforms
• Strong collaboration and communication abilities for interdisciplinary teamwork
• Commitment to fostering inclusive, student-centered learning environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, identify, and treat students with speech, language, and communication disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with student IEPs and educational goals
• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and ongoing progress monitoring
• Collaborate closely with educators, support staff, and families for holistic student support
• Keep thorough documentation, progress notes, and compliance with school and district standards
• Educate and consult with school staff and parents regarding strategies for communication development
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute valuable insights to student programs
