Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
  • Prior experience in a school-based setting preferred
  • Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
  • Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and families

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess students’ speech, language, and communication abilities using standardized tools
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) aligned with students’ unique needs
  • Deliver evidence-based therapy for speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
  • Consult with teachers, staff, and parents to support student development
  • Maintain accurate records and progress notes in accordance with school policies
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute as part of the collaborative team
