Unlock your potential by supporting students in their communication development at two vibrant school sites near Andover, MN. We’re looking for two dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for contract roles spanning the 2026-2027 school year. With a start in early September and running through June, you’ll collaborate with caring staff and make a meaningful difference for a caseload of 30-45 students in elementary and middle school settings.

As a valued SLP, you’ll foster academic success and personal growth for each learner, designing and delivering engaging, evidence-based speech therapy. The role offers a dynamic environment with opportunities to flex both your clinical expertise and creative problem-solving within supportive multidisciplinary teams.

Requirements:

  • Valid Tier 3 or Tier 4 SLP license for schools (required)
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
  • Previous experience in school settings highly preferred
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
  • Passion for helping students overcome speech and language challenges

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and treat students with speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and document progress
  • Partner with teachers, families, and support staff to enrich student outcomes
  • Offer direct and consultative speech therapy across varied age groups
  • Contribute to team meetings and ongoing professional development

You’ll enjoy a consistent weekly schedule with approximately 37.5 hours per week, split between Palmer Lake Elementary and either Brooklyn Middle or Maple Grove Middle School.
