Desired Qualifications:

• Current SLP-CCC certification
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Previous experience in a school setting strongly preferred
• Familiarity with IEP development and progress monitoring
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with special education staff, teachers, and families
• Knowledge of evidence-based intervention strategies

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify speech, language, and communication disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to students’ needs
• Deliver direct speech and language therapy, both individually and in group settings
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute clinical expertise to student planning
• Document progress, maintain records, and communicate effectively with team members and families
• Collaborate with teachers and support staff to generalize skills across classroom settings
