Qualifications & Experience Desired:

  • Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
  • Valid state license or eligibility for licensure in Minnesota
  • Previous experience working with school-age children preferred
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
  • Ability to design and implement IEPs, conduct evaluations, and manage therapy caseloads efficiently

Core Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech-language assessments and interpret results to address students’ needs
  • Develop and implement effective therapy plans aligned with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists to support students’ progress
  • Maintain organized case files, evaluation reports, and progress notes
  • Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development activities
  • Provide consultative services and resources to staff and caregivers as needed
