Qualifications & Experience Sought:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Active state SLP licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship (CFY)
  • Experience providing speech, language, and communication support in a school or pediatric setting preferred
  • Ability to conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and implement effective therapy strategies
  • Familiarity with school-based documentation systems and compliance requirements
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for partnering with students, staff, and families

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech and language therapy services to a diverse caseload of students
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and collaborate on the development and review of IEPs
  • Use evidence-based practices to address communication, articulation, language, fluency, and voice disorders
  • Collaborate with classroom teachers, special educators, and support staff to maximize student outcomes
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case conferences as needed
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation, progress reports, and required records
