Step into a rewarding opportunity supporting students as a contract Speech-Language Pathologist or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant in a school-based setting. This full-time, onsite position spans from August 17, 2026, through June 4, 2027, providing a stable, consistent environment to make a positive impact in students' communication development.
What we’re looking for:
- Valid licensure as an SLP or SLPA with experience or a strong interest in working in K-12 educational settings
- Familiarity with school-based speech-language caseloads and Individualized Education Program (IEP) processes
- Strong written communication skills for documenting SLP services, evaluation information, and progress reports
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, educators, and families
- Detail-oriented and organized, with effective time management abilities
- Commitment to promoting student success through evidence-based interventions
Your contributions will include:
- Providing direct and consultative SLP services per each student’s IEP
- Writing speech-language relevant information within IEPs
- Completing SLP sections during evaluation processes and reviewing assessment findings
- Developing comprehensive progress reports to communicate student growth
- Collaborating with teachers, administrators, and parents to build individualized student plans
- Maintaining timely and compliant documentation reflecting your expertise
