Desired Qualifications:

  • Current licensure as an SLP in Minnesota
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
  • Previous experience in a K-12 school environment is highly desirable

  • Ability to independently manage caseload and prepare IEPs
  • Flexibility to work within a team—both independently and alongside other professionals

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct therapy and intervention to students with speech, language, and communication needs
  • Evaluate student progress, conduct assessments, and participate in eligibility meetings
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to design and implement effective treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with district and state requirements
  • Develop and update IEPs, monitoring student progress and goals
  • Support students across a variety of settings, adapting strategies to meet individual needs
