Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Andover, MN

Make a true impact in students’ lives as a Speech-Language Pathologist working in a supportive school environment! We are seeking a passionate SLP with CCC certification to provide services to middle school students across two sites for the 2026-2027 school year. This full-time contract opportunity offers a consistent daytime schedule, starting September 8, 2026, and running through June 10, 2027. You’ll collaborate with educators and families to help students thrive academically and socially.

In this position, you can expect competitive pay, ranging from $50 to $60 per hour, while making a meaningful difference in students’ communication and learning journeys.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Active Minnesota Speech-Language Pathologist License and professional certification (CCC-SLP)
• Experience working in a school setting, particularly with middle school students, preferred
• Strong understanding of IEP development and implementation
• Ability to engage collaboratively with teaching staff, families, and other professionals
• Excellent organizational, communication, and documentation skills

Core Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEPs in compliance with state and federal guidelines
• Deliver direct and consultative therapeutic services, both individually and in small groups
• Monitor student progress, document results, and communicate with teachers and parents on a regular basis
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate as part of an interdisciplinary educational team
• Support the creation of a positive, inclusive learning environment across assigned middle school sites
