Join an impactful, full-time contract opportunity supporting students as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP). This flexible school-based position is ideal for an experienced professional who thrives on variety and collaboration. Begin your assignment by partnering with staff at the elementary level in a supportive role, covering a maternity leave through Thanksgiving break. Once the primary assignment concludes, you’ll transition to provide coverage in other buildings as needed, ensuring students continue to receive the services they require. If not covering additional leaves, you’ll play a crucial role delivering compensatory services for students who experienced gaps earlier in the year.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
• Current, active Minnesota state license required.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP).
• Prior school-based SLP experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of IEP development, progress monitoring, and case management.
• Comfortable collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, educators, and families.
• Flexible and adaptable mindset to shift between assignments and buildings as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality speech-language therapy to elementary students.
• Conduct assessments, write reports, maintain thorough documentation, and participate in IEP meetings.
• Work closely with colleagues to deliver continuity of services during staff leaves.
• Address compensatory service needs for students whose therapy was interrupted.
• Foster relationships with students, staff, and families to maximize student progress and outcomes.
