This full-time contract opportunity near Andover, MN runs from the end of February through early June 2027, offering you the chance to work with a diverse caseload split between Early Childhood Special Education (approximately 70%) and Kindergarten through 5th grade (about 30%). Your expertise as an SLP will play an instrumental role in helping students build essential communication skills.
Desired Background & Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
- Experience working in school or pediatric settings preferred
- Current state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Passion for supporting early learners and elementary-aged students
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy services in accordance with students’ IEP goals
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop targeted intervention plans
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary team members to support individual student needs
- Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, therapy sessions, and progress reports
- Deliver services in both ESCE and K-5 settings as scheduled
