Key Qualifications:

• Hold an active Speech-Language Pathology license for Minnesota (SLP-CCC preferred)
• Prior experience in school-based settings strongly preferred
• Background in working with children who have multiple disabilities is desirable
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and families
• Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech, language, and communication services to early childhood students in special education
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each child's needs
• Complete evaluations, re-evaluations, and progress reports in accordance with compliance timelines
• Consult with teachers, aides, and family members to ensure consistent strategies and maximize student progress
• Utilize evidence-based practices and adapt techniques for students with diverse abilities
• Attend multidisciplinary meetings and contribute expertise on communication development
