Key Qualifications:

• Active Minnesota SLP license required
• Experience or strong interest in working with early childhood populations (ages 3–5)
• Background in schools or clinical settings focusing on pediatric speech-language pathology
• Demonstrated skill in assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring within special education
• Exceptional communication and organizational abilities
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive, engaging, and positive classroom environment

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy to students with diverse needs aged 3 to 5
• Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and monitor student progress
• Collaborate with general education teachers, special educators, and families for comprehensive student support
• Document services and maintain compliance with state and district guidelines
• Engage in team meetings, professional development, and school-based initiatives to enhance student outcomes
