Speech Language Pathologist in Andover, MN

Position Details:

• Contract runs from late August 2026 through early June 2027
• 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday
• Onsite role serving a diverse student population

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid Minnesota SLP license (must submit PDF copy with application)
• Experience working with school-aged children preferred; new graduates and Clinical Fellows (CFs) welcome
• Ability to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders
• Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with staff and families

Your Responsibilities:

• Evaluate student needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver therapy services individually and in group settings
• Consult and collaborate with teachers and other school professionals
• Participate in IEP meetings and effectively document services performed
• Foster communication skills to help students succeed in academic and social settings
