We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school district in Andover, MN for the 2026–2027 school year. This is a full-time, onsite position serving students with speech and language needs across a school-based setting.

Position Details
Location: Andover, MN
Schedule: Full-Time
Hours: 37.5 hours 
Lunch: 30-minute unpaid lunch break
Contract Dates: 8/25/26 - 06/10/2027

Responsibilities
Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students
Conduct speech-language evaluations and assessments
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Complete IEP updates and maintain compliance with special education requirements
Monitor student progress and prepare progress reports
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Participate in IEP meetings and other school-based team meetings as needed

Qualifications
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active Minnesota Speech-Language Pathologist license
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, open to CFY
Previous school-based experience preferred
Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
