Compensation for this role ranges from $55 to $70 per hour, reflecting experience and qualifications.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Licensed or eligible for licensure as an SLP in California.
  • Prior school-based SLP experience preferred, but all backgrounds considered.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Commitment to providing in-person therapy services on site.
  • Ability to collaborate with teachers, staff, and families.
  • Flexibility to work with a broad range of student needs and caseloads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech and language therapy to students in accordance with IEPs.
  • Administer assessments and evaluations to determine student needs.
  • Develop individualized plans and monitor student progress.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation as required by the school.
  • Collaborate closely with educators and other specialists.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional insights.
