Desired Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but CFY candidates are welcome to apply
  • Experience working within school settings, supporting preK-12 students
  • Ability to conduct evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and document progress
  • Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Position Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students with diverse needs
  • Develop and implement effective individualized education plans (IEPs) in partnership with multidisciplinary teams
  • Deliver engaging therapy sessions in individual and group settings
  • Provide strategies and resources to teachers, staff, and families to support communication goals in the classroom
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and student progress
  • Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and staff development as needed
  • Stay informed of current best practices and professional standards in school-based speech therapy
