Key Qualifications:

• Current Michigan licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

• School-based experience preferred, though strong clinical fellows (CFY) are encouraged to apply and receive supervision
• Expertise in pediatric intervention, teletherapy, and healthcare SLP practices, with openness to candidates with various backgrounds including SLP-CCC and SLPAs
• Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and provide evidence-based treatment for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation on student progress and interventions
• Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and families to ensure cohesive support for each child
• Utilize teletherapy platforms when applicable for remote service delivery
• Actively participate in professional development and supervision
