Qualifications & Experience:
- Current SLP licensure (Michigan or eligibility to obtain)
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or current CFY status welcomed
- Previous work with pediatrics or within school-based settings preferred
- Experience utilizing teletherapy platforms is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills to partner with educators and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments to identify students’ speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEP goals
- Deliver direct therapy services on-site and via teletherapy platforms
- Document progress, maintain records, and participate in IEP meetings with multidisciplinary teams
- Provide guidance, resources, and training for staff, students, and families
- Support a diverse caseload while fostering an inclusive, encouraging environment for each learner
