Key Qualifications & Desired Experience

• Holds or is eligible for ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
• Experience working in pediatric and/or school-based settings preferred
• Comfortable managing a diverse caseload of 45-55 students
• Skilled in providing both individual and group therapy sessions
• Strong collaboration skills to partner with teachers, staff, and families
• Holds (or can obtain) appropriate state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology

Primary Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with communication, language, articulation, and social language needs
• Develop and implement IEPs, track progress, and maintain compliant documentation
• Collaborate with classroom teachers and special education staff to integrate language goals across the curriculum
• Provide consultative support and training for staff and families to enhance student outcomes
• Attend team meetings and contribute to a positive, student-focused culture
• Adhere to all school policies and applicable regulations
