Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active state licensure as an SLP (or eligibility to obtain)
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
  • Prior experience in a school or pediatric setting highly desirable
  • Strong skills in assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
  • Proficiency in developing and implementing IEPs and progress monitoring
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students of varying ages
  • Design, implement, and document individualized treatment plans and interventions
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support students’ academic and social success
  • Maintain accurate records in compliance with school and legal standards
  • Provide guidance and education to families and staff on speech-language concerns
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to ongoing student evaluation and planning
