Step into a rewarding full-time contract role providing Speech-Language Pathology expertise within a school setting near Ann Arbor, MI. This opportunity spans the 2026-2027 academic year, with a start date of August 24, 2026, and runs through June 4, 2027. You'll work with students in both an elementary environment and an early childhood model program, making a meaningful difference in young learners’ communication skills.

Ideal Experience & Qualifications:

  • Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC)
  • Proven background in pediatric therapy, preferably in schools or healthcare
  • Familiarity with evaluating, diagnosing, and providing interventions for speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Strong skills in collaboration, communication, and documentation

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct therapy services to elementary-aged and early childhood students, tailoring interventions to individual needs
  • Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and track student progress
  • Collaborate with special education teams, classroom teachers, families, and other service providers
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation in compliance with school and state policies
  • Serve as a resource for communication and language development strategies within the school community
