Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity as a Speech-Language Pathologist providing essential services in a supportive school environment near Ann Arbor, MI. This position begins August 12 and extends through February 2027, offering 37.5 hours per week. You'll work closely with students of varying needs and collaborate with a dedicated team of educators and therapists.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Open to clinical fellows (CFY) as well as experienced practitioners
  • Experience in pediatric and school-based settings is highly desirable
  • Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
  • Passion for supporting students’ communication development and fostering academic success

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide diagnostic evaluations, develop treatment plans, and deliver direct therapy services to students
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, families, and teachers to support each student’s IEP goals
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records, write progress reports, and attend IEP meetings as needed
  • Offer support and training to classroom staff regarding strategies and accommodations
  • Engage students in meaningful activities to enhance communication, language, and social skills
  • Participate in professional development opportunities within the school setting
