Desired Skills and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellow (CFY) eligibility
- Experience with pediatric and early intervention populations
- Previous school-based or educational setting experience preferred
- Valid Michigan licensure (or eligibility to obtain before start date)
- Strong collaboration and communication abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative speech and language therapy to students in early-on age groups
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' unique needs
- Participate in IEP meetings and work closely with families, educators, and other specialists
- Conduct assessments, maintain accurate documentation, and track student progress
- Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration to support student learning and growth
- Stay current on evidence-based practices and contribute to a positive, nurturing school culture
