Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellow (CFY) eligibility
  • Experience with pediatric and early intervention populations
  • Previous school-based or educational setting experience preferred
  • Valid Michigan licensure (or eligibility to obtain before start date)
  • Strong collaboration and communication abilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and consultative speech and language therapy to students in early-on age groups
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' unique needs
  • Participate in IEP meetings and work closely with families, educators, and other specialists
  • Conduct assessments, maintain accurate documentation, and track student progress
  • Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration to support student learning and growth
  • Stay current on evidence-based practices and contribute to a positive, nurturing school culture
