What We're Looking For:
- Active and valid state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
- Demonstrated experience working with students in grades K-12, with adaptability to serve elementary, middle, and high school populations
- Strong assessment, intervention, and therapy planning skills tailored to different age groups
- Ability to collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to support student goals
- Familiarity with IEP processes, progress monitoring, and relevant documentation
- Excellent organization, time management, and communication skills

Your Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and therapy goals in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Deliver engaging, evidence-based interventions across K-12 settings, adjusting strategies for individual student needs
- Consult with classroom teachers and provide resources for integrating communication supports into classroom routines
- Maintain accurate records and progress notes in compliance with relevant regulations
- Communicate regularly with families regarding student progress and strategies for continued support
