- Full-time, onsite position
- 37.5 hours per week
- Elementary school setting
- One school assignment
- Caseload of approximately 40-60 students based on experience
- Collaborative special education and student services team
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans and IEP goals.
- Deliver direct speech-language services to students.
- Maintain required documentation and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary team members.
- Monitor and report student progress.
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Active Michigan SLP license or eligibility to obtain licensure.
- Familiarity with Michigan schools, special education procedures, and IEP processes preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a collaborative educational setting.
Compensation $44-$52 per hour, based on experience.
