Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid SLP License for the state of Maryland (or eligibility to obtain before start)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Experience in a school setting strongly preferred
• Passion for helping diverse student populations achieve communication goals

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative speech-language services to students in accordance with IEPs
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized treatment strategies
• Complete assessments, progress reports, and documentation as needed
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student planning
• Maintain compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines
