Role Options:
- Work with students in grades 6 – 12, supporting their growth during pivotal academic years.
- Serve a diverse caseload, working with both elementary students and 6 – 12th graders enrolled in online programs.
Key Qualifications:
- Hold a valid SLP license or be eligible in Minnesota.
- CCC-SLP credential is highly desired, but strong CFY candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Previous experience in school-based SLP roles or working with similar age groups is a plus.
- Teletherapy and onsite skills both valued—flexibility is important!
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage a caseload of 40–55 students, developing and implementing individualized therapy plans.
- Conduct assessments and maintain up-to-date records to measure student progress.
- Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and other specialists to maximize student success.
- Provide both in-person and online speech therapy services to meet student needs.
- Participate in staff meetings, IEP teams, and ongoing professional development.
