Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Anoka, MN

This direct hire position starts in mid-August, with comprehensive new staff orientation followed by the official start date on August 24, 2026. Two distinct positions are available, allowing you to tailor your skills to the population that inspires you most. Role Options:

• Work with students in grades 6 – 12, supporting their growth during pivotal academic years.
• Serve a diverse caseload, working with both elementary students and 6 – 12th graders enrolled in online programs.

Key Qualifications:

• Hold a valid SLP license or be eligible in Minnesota.
• CCC-SLP credential is highly desired, but strong CFY candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Previous experience in school-based SLP roles or working with similar age groups is a plus.
• Teletherapy and onsite skills both valued—flexibility is important!
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage a caseload of 40–55 students, developing and implementing individualized therapy plans.
• Conduct assessments and maintain up-to-date records to measure student progress.
• Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and other specialists to maximize student success.
• Provide both in-person and online speech therapy services to meet student needs.
• Participate in staff meetings, IEP teams, and ongoing professional development.
