Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Anoka, Minnesota

Key Qualifications:

• Hold appropriate state licensure as an SLP (CCC or CFY) or SLPA
• Experience in pediatric, school-based, or healthcare SLP/SLPA settings is highly valued
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and best practices for virtual interventions
• Proven ability to work effectively both independently and within multi-disciplinary teams
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Commitment to providing culturally competent, student-centered care
• Knowledge of IEP processes and progress monitoring strategies

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and indirect speech and language therapy to students, tailored to individual IEP goals
• Conduct evaluations, re-evaluations, and screenings to determine students’ needs
• Develop and implement engaging treatment plans, adapting strategies for in-person and virtual environments
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other related service providers for comprehensive support
• Document progress, maintain compliance with state and district guidelines, and attend IEP meetings as needed
• Support classroom staff in language-rich activities and generalization of skills
• Participate in ongoing professional development as required
