Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Anoka, MN

Desired Experience & Skills:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders (for SLP roles)
• Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Valid state licensure or the ability to obtain appropriate licensure for school-based practice
• Previous experience working in school, teletherapy, or healthcare settings (preferred but not required)
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with IEP development, student assessment, and progress reporting

What You’ll Do:

• Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy to students with diverse needs
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Conduct student assessments to identify language, articulation, voice, and fluency disorders
• Maintain accurate records of evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress notes
• Offer support and resources to classroom staff to enhance the learning environment
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute professional expertise
• Utilize both in-person and teletherapy modalities to deliver services, as needed
