Qualifications and Preferred Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Current or eligible Minnesota SLP licensure
- ASHA CCC or completion of required CFY supervision
- Previous pediatric and/or school-based SLP experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of IEP process and special education laws
- Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough speech, language, and communication assessments for students
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with IEP goals
- Collaborate with special education teams, teachers, and families
- Provide both direct therapy and consultation services within the school setting
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and progress reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and share progress updates with stakeholders
