Pediatric School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Anoka, Minnesota

Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current or eligible MN SLP licensure
• Hold or working towards CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence), or fulfilling CFY requirements
• Previous experience in pediatric, educational, or healthcare settings strongly preferred
• Strong collaboration, organization, and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to a diverse caseload of school-aged children
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in alignment with school guidelines and student needs
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and ongoing progress monitoring
• Collaborate closely with educators, support staff, and families to foster student success
• Maintain detailed and compliant documentation in accordance with district and federal regulations
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expert input to multidisciplinary teams
