Pediatric Speech Pathology - Anoka, MN

The assignment runs from August 24, 2026, through June 4, 2027, with a consistent schedule of 37.5 hours per week and a caseload of approximately 55 students.

Qualifications and Experience Sought:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathology license in Minnesota or eligibility to obtain
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
• Background in pediatric, adolescent, or school-based speech-language therapy
• Comfortable providing services for middle or high school populations
• Strong collaborative skills for working with educators, parents, and other specialists
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
• Experience with IEP development and progress monitoring preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and IEPs
• Work one-on-one and in group settings with students, adapting support as needed
• Collaborate closely with school staff and family members to promote student growth
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and comply with all state and federal regulations
• Deliver direct therapy services on-site within the school setting
• Provide consultation and support to teachers regarding classroom communication strategies
