Qualifications:
- Current Minnesota Speech Language Pathologist license required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA required
- Previous experience or strong interest in school-based SLP practice
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- Collaborative mindset and dedication to fostering student success
Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations, create and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Deliver direct and consultative speech and language services to students
- Maintain thorough and accurate student records in compliance with state and federal regulations
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary discussions
- Provide strategies, tools, and resources for teachers to help students thrive
