Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Anoka, MN

This contract opportunity near Anoka, MN, is ideal for Speech-Language Pathologists and Speech-Language Pathology Assistants looking to leverage their skills in a collaborative and supportive setting. You’ll work closely with educators, families, and other specialists to deliver high-quality speech therapy services, whether on-site or through teletherapy.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or completion of an SLP program (for SLP or CFY)
• Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Valid state licensure or ability to obtain appropriate licensure for school-based practice
• Experience providing speech therapy services to pediatric populations, especially in educational settings
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms (for remote roles)
• SLPA candidates require completion of an SLPA program and state licensure
• Strong interpersonal abilities and communication skills for effective teamwork and family collaboration

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication needs
• Deliver both direct and consultative therapy services, adapted for in-person or teletherapy formats as needed
• Maintain up-to-date student records and contribute to IEP meetings and multidisciplinary planning
• Provide guidance and support to classroom teachers and parents to facilitate generalization of communication skills
• Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in pediatric and school-based speech therapy
