Speech Language Pathologist in Anoka, MN

Ideal candidates will have:

• Active Speech Language Pathologist state licensure (Minnesota)
• Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Professional Educator License—Level 2, 3, or 4 (or eligibility, per Minnesota requirements)
• Experience providing speech and language services in K-12 school settings preferred
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Dedication to fostering a positive, inclusive environment for diverse student populations

As a school-based SLP, you will:

• Assess students with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals and therapy plans
• Provide direct therapy services (individual and small group) aligned to students’ needs
• Consult with teachers and families to support generalization of skills in the classroom and home
• Maintain accurate and timely records of services, progress, and compliance requirements
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, training, and professional development
