Make a lasting difference in the lives of students as a School Speech-Language Pathologist in a supportive educational setting. This full-time, contract opportunity offers six onsite roles for SLPs—open to both experienced clinicians and Clinical Fellows—across several elementary schools. You’ll have the chance to collaborate with dedicated educational teams and families, making a real impact every day.
Desired Experience and Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- MN SLP license with dual certification required (must be submitted as PDF)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows will be considered
- Previous experience working with school-aged children is beneficial
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to elementary students
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans
- Participate in IEP meetings, sharing insights and progress with multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with district and state standards
- Consult and partner with educators and families to support student communication goals
- Serve a caseload at one of the following schools: Hamilton ES, Hoover ES, Madison ES, Ramsey ES, University Avenue ES, or Rum River
