Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) for Minnesota
- Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
- Commitment to inclusive, culturally responsive practices
Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized and group speech-language therapy to students across assigned caseload
- Conduct assessments and develop therapy plans in accordance with IEP goals and district guidelines
- Monitor progress, maintain documentation, and participate in IEP meetings
- Consult with teachers and families to support generalization of communication strategies
- Use evidence-based interventions and maintain compliance with regulations
