Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility) for Minnesota
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
• Commitment to inclusive, culturally responsive practices

Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and group speech-language therapy to students across assigned caseload
• Conduct assessments and develop therapy plans in accordance with IEP goals and district guidelines
• Monitor progress, maintain documentation, and participate in IEP meetings
• Consult with teachers and families to support generalization of communication strategies
• Use evidence-based interventions and maintain compliance with regulations
