Desired Qualifications:
- Active Minnesota SLP license and current professional certification (SLP-CCC).
- Strong foundation in school-based speech and language therapy.
- Previous experience in a public or charter school setting preferred.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to adapt service delivery to diverse student needs and IEP requirements.
Responsibilities Include:
- Conducting thorough speech-language evaluations and assessments.
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEP goals.
- Providing direct therapy services to students across split campuses.
- Collaborating with teachers, administrators, and families to promote student progress.
- Maintaining accurate service records and complying with all state and federal documentation requirements.
- Actively participating in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions.
