Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Anoka, MN

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Eligibility for or possession of ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or in progress (CFY)
• Experience with pediatric populations, ideally in a school setting
• Strong assessment, diagnostic, and intervention skills specific to educational settings
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language services to students with diverse communication needs
• Conduct assessments and assist in determining eligibility for services
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers, families, and support staff
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to progress monitoring and compliance reporting
