Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Anoka, MN

Step into an exciting opportunity to support young learners as an Early Childhood Speech-Language Pathologist within a dedicated educational community. This contract position focuses on the developmental needs of children ages 3-5 through ECSE (Early Childhood Special Education) services. You’ll enjoy a consistent Monday through Friday schedule, dedicating your expertise and compassion to help children communicate, connect, and grow.

Your commitment will span from late August through early June, allowing you to make an impact across the entire school year. Located near Blaine, MN, this position offers a rewarding setting to collaborate with educators and families while building meaningful connections with your students.

Desired Qualities & Experience:

• Valid Minnesota Speech-Language Pathologist license (required for consideration)
• Background working with early childhood and/or preschool students, ideally within schools or pediatric settings
• Experience developing and implementing IEPs and targeted interventions for young children
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to partner with teachers, families, and fellow professionals
• Familiarity with ECSE and related caseload management is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive speech-language services to children ages 3-5
• Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and deliver individualized and group therapy
• Work as part of a multidisciplinary team supporting early learners’ communication development
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress records
• Educate and involve families in supporting speech and language skills at home
