Speech Language Pathologist in Anoka, MN

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid SLP license in Minnesota or eligibility for licensure
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidacy accepted
• Previous experience or strong interest in working with elementary-aged children in an educational environment
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficient at individualized and group therapy, IEP development, and documentation

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to elementary students, both individually and in groups
• Assess, diagnose, and create tailored intervention plans for students with diverse speech and language needs
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success and IEP implementation
• Maintain up-to-date records, progress notes, and required documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings, progress reviews, and professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive school environment through advocacy and skill-sharing
