Requirements & Skills:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid SLP-CCC certification required
• Previous experience working in a school setting is highly desirable
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Ability to manage a diverse K-12 caseload with enthusiasm and care
• California state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, or communication disorders
• Deliver effective therapy sessions to students across all grade levels (K-12), both individually and in groups
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other staff to promote positive student outcomes
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to IEP development and meetings
• Adapt therapy approaches to meet varied student needs throughout the school year
