Requirements & Skills:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid SLP-CCC certification required
- Previous experience working in a school setting is highly desirable
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to manage a diverse K-12 caseload with enthusiasm and care
- California state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, or communication disorders
- Deliver effective therapy sessions to students across all grade levels (K-12), both individually and in groups
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other staff to promote positive student outcomes
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to IEP development and meetings
- Adapt therapy approaches to meet varied student needs throughout the school year
