Key qualifications and desired experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid CA SLP license (or eligibility to obtain for the 2025-2026 school year)
  • SLP-CCC strongly preferred; SLPAs will also be considered
  • Previous experience in a school-based setting is highly desirable
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing caseload needs and support a diverse student population

Role responsibilities include:

  • Delivering evaluation and therapy services to students throughout the school year
  • Creating and implementing individualized treatment plans aimed at improving communication and academic outcomes
  • Participating in IEP meetings and collaborating closely with educators and parents
  • Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of student progress
  • Engaging in professional development and continuous learning opportunities
