Key Qualifications:
• Valid SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Experience working in schools or with pediatric populations preferred
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based practices in speech, language, and communication disorders
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Organized, flexible, and committed to fostering student growth
• Comfortable collaborating within multidisciplinary teams
Role Responsibilities:
• Conduct screenings, assessments, and provide direct therapy to students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to foster student progress
• Maintain thorough records, including progress notes, therapy logs, and IEP documentation
• Participate in IEP meetings, team discussions, and school-wide initiatives
• Support students in achieving academic and social-emotional milestones
