Required Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid California state licensure or eligibility (SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY)
• Strong clinical skills in assessment and intervention for school-age populations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Dedication to fostering student growth through individualized and evidence-based practices
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary educational team
• Adaptability to work with diverse learners in both general and special education settings

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech-language services to K-12 students, including direct therapy and consultative support
• Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans tailored to student needs
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student communication goals
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise and documentation per regulations
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions as necessary to ensure positive outcomes
