Required Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid California state licensure or eligibility (SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY)
- Strong clinical skills in assessment and intervention for school-age populations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Dedication to fostering student growth through individualized and evidence-based practices
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary educational team
- Adaptability to work with diverse learners in both general and special education settings
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language services to K-12 students, including direct therapy and consultative support
- Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans tailored to student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student communication goals
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise and documentation per regulations
- Monitor progress and adjust interventions as necessary to ensure positive outcomes
