Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Valid SLP-CCC or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Current or eligibility for relevant state licensure
• Comfortable working with a K-12 caseload, diverse backgrounds, and varying student needs
• Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
• Dedication to collaborative, student-focused support

Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) for students
• Deliver direct and consultative therapy services within classrooms and dedicated settings
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success and progress monitoring
• Maintain professional documentation and reporting in line with district and regulatory standards
• Provide guidance, support, and resources for students, families, and educators
