This full-time contract role provides a rewarding chance to collaborate with a supportive educational team, offering services in both assessment and intervention for students with diverse needs. The position spans from late November through early June, with guaranteed 35-hour workweeks, allowing for a balanced professional experience within the school setting.

Key Qualifications:

  • Current North Carolina SLP license
  • Master’s degree in Communication Sciences or Speech and Language Pathology
  • Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply (supervision guaranteed for CFY)
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a multidisciplinary team

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech and language therapy to a K-12 student population
  • Conduct assessments and create personalized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to track student progress
  • Participate in IEP meetings and help facilitate students' academic success
  • Maintain accurate records and document all services rendered
